How to join
RACKS
A simple, transparent three-step journey from application to launch, designed to be as smooth as your brand deserves.

Apply Online
Submit your brand application through our contact form or email. Include your brand story, product catalogue (min. 20 SKUs), price range, and a short note on what makes your label worth discovering.

Curation Review
Our editorial team reviews every application for fit, quality, and brand values. Shortlisted brands are invited to share physical product samples. The review process takes 2–4 weeks and we respond to every application.

Launch at RACKS
Accepted brands sign a simple consignment agreement, deliver their opening stock, and receive a dedicated display space. We handle the visual merchandising, customer discovery, and monthly settlement: you focus on creating.

A single point of contact who knows your brand, monitors performance, and proactively shares feedback from customers on the floor.
What We Look For
- Independent or small-batch Indian brand with a clear design identity and point of view
- Minimum 20 finished, retail-ready SKUs at time of onboarding
- Price architecture compatible with DLF Avenue Saket's retail positioning
- Brand values aligned with craft, quality, sustainability, or homegrown heritage
- Clean product photography and basic brand collateral
- Ability to replenish stock within 7–10 business days of sell-through
- A founder or representative available for periodic brand check-ins
RACKS operates on a consignment model. No upfront shelf fees for select categories. Monthly settlements are processed within the first 7 days of each month for the previous month's sales.

We believe the relationship between a marketplace and its brands should be built on trust. Our agreement terms are designed to protect your interests while giving you maximum reach.
Consignment Model
You own your stock until it sells
Your inventory remains yours. RACKS takes a commission only on completed sales: no lock-in, no dead stock risk, no hidden charges.
Flexible Duration
Minimum 3-month commitment
Start with a 3-month agreement. Renew seasonally, or graduate to an annual arrangement with preferential terms after your first successful season.
Stock & Settlement
Monthly payouts, real-time tracking
Sales are tracked daily. Settlements are processed monthly with a full itemised report. Unsold stock can be collected at the end of each term, no questions asked.
